Friday Oct 7 - Our Lady of the Rosary (Second Class) White

 

4:45 pm Arrival of YCA members wanting to attend beginners’ chant workshop   

5-6pm General Arrival

5:15pm Beginners’ chant workshop (conference room)

6:15pm Schola Workshop Prompt start (open to YCA)

7pm Supper

7:45 Chant workshop OR 8pm-8.30pm Rosary (church)
8:40 Sung Compline after workshop

9pm: Social

Saturday Oct 8 – St. Bridget (Third Class) White

8:30-9am Breakfast
9:15: Chant Workshop (conference room) followed by Schola rehearsal (church)
11am:  Sung Mass - Roman Rite in the Parish Church - St. Bridget
12.00pm: Marian Procession in honour of Our Lady of Fatima around the extensive grounds of Douai Abbey, followed by enrolment into the Brown Scapular
1-2pm: Lunch
2-2.55pm: Rachael McKenzie from Rachael’s Vineyard will talk about her life story (adult related themes)

From 3pm Chant workshop and rehearsal (flexible timing) and/or free time/spiritual reading
6-6.30pm: Sung Vespers
7pm-7:40pm Supper
7.45-8:30pm: Rosary, Adoration and Confessions
8.30pm: Social

Sunday Oct 9 – 18^th Sunday after Pentecost (Second Class) Green

8-9am: Breakfast
9am-9:45am: Chant workshop for Mass  (conference room)
10:30am: Sung Mass Roman Rite in the Parish Church - 18^th Sunday after Pentecost
11:30pm: Rosary
12-12:45 Talk - Fr. Glaysher – “The Communion of Saints’ prayer and veneration of Holy Relics.”
1pm: Lunch

2pm: Finish
